Bob from NAU Inspections did a very thorough job and had the inspection completed when we came, which was much more efficient than us being there the whole time. He walked us through the findings and we discussed the issues and recommended fixes. He also arranged for a separate pool inspector who provided valuable input. He explained where things were, like the cable connections, as well as how some of the features work. We also discussed options we are considering to change some of the house features. This was especially valuable as we now better understand the degree of difficulty of making certain changes. His written report was also thorough and complete. I highly recommend him.
